Produced only in the finest vintages, Donnachiara's Taurasi Riserva DOCG undergoes manual grape picking, meticulous cluster selection, and gentle pressing of the bunches. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barriques, imparting a creamy, smoother taste and enhancing the wine's complexity and richness.
Serve at 18°C. Ideal with hearty meat dishes, best enjoyed in large balloon glasses.
